What do I need to start a TAC site ?

You need a minimum of 8 - 10 picture sets (min 50 pics per set) and/or some broadband movies to start a site.

Picture sets must be a minimum of 800 x 600 resolution (no vidcaps) and be digital quality. Movies should be in broadband (min 1Mbps) .wmv format and be between 5 and 10 minutes long.

Typically you need to be able to update your site at least once a week with a picture set or movie clip. The maximum is twice a week.
