Frequently Asked Questions

1. My logon has been disabled - Our security software will shut down a logon if it detects multiple users using it. There are hundreds of thousands of logons hacked every day and it does not necessarily mean that you have given your logon to someone.
   
   If, when you try to log onto a site, you get a message saying your logon has been disabled, please MAIL us immediately with your username, e-mail address you used to signup with and the site that you cannot access.
   
   If this happens on a regular basis, then notify us and ask us to setup a new logon for you.
    

2. I "Access Denied" boxes on the TAC Porn Page - This is due to your security settings on your firewall. You must dissable or reduce the security settings of your firewall whilst browsing the TAC Porn feeds.
    

3. I want to cancel my account - To cancel a recurring account, click HERE
    

4. I keep being sent to the cams free area....it says I have to join? Do I have to pay again for cams?  - No. This is typically due to your firewall configuration and also there are known problems with the AOL browser. Click HERE for further assistance from Homegrown
    

5. My username and password doesn't work in the live shows - The username and password you were issued for the network will not work for cams viewing in Homegrown. You must register a handle and password to be able to chat in the Homegrown camshows.
   
   When you enter my Cams for the first time, click the register link at the top. Then enter your desired chat handle and password. You'll be sent a confirmation in email.
   
   Once you're into the show you will then be asked for the chat handle and password that you have registered.
    

6. I signed up via nochex but cant access the site - Unlike cc-bill, Nochex is a manual process and involves us manually adding you to the system. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive your logon information.
    

7. I can't play the videos - All the video's on TAC are in Windows Media Format which is playable using Microsoft Windows Media player (included with Windows). Other players also support this format.
   
   To make Windows Media Player your default player, open Media Player and select Tools, Options and select the File Types tab. Ensure that Windows Media File is fully checked.
    

8. I still have problems accessing the live cams and other areas of TAC - TAC uses Microsoft Java Virtual Machine which you can download for free HERE
