My logon has been disabled -
Our security software will shut down a logon if it
detects multiple users using it.

If you still have problems, please
us immediately with your username, e-mail address you used to
signup with and the site that you cannot access. (NB You need to
replace the -at- in the email address with @)
If this happens on a regular basis, then notify us and ask us to setup a new
logon for you.
I want to
cancel my account -

I keep being sent to
the cams free area....it says I have to join? Do I have to pay again for
cams?
No. This is typically due to your firewall configuration and
also there are known problems with the AOL browser. Try dissabling your
firewall.
My username and
password doesn't work in the live shows -
When you enter my Cams for the first time, click the register
link at the top. Then enter your desired chat handle and password. You'll be
sent a confirmation in email.
Once you're into the show you will then be asked for the chat handle and
password that you have registered.
I can't play the
videos -
All the video's on TAC are in Windows Media
Format which is playable using Microsoft Windows Media player (included with
Windows). Other players also support this format.
To make Windows Media Player your default player, open Media Player and
select Tools, Options and select the File Types tab. Ensure that Windows
Media File is fully checked.
I still have problems
accessing the live cams and other areas of TAC -
TAC uses Microsoft Java Virtual Machine which
you can download for free
