Frequently Asked Questions

I cannot log in to the tacamateurs / tacamateurs2

There could be several reasons for this, below are the most common causes :-

  1. 1. Usernames and passwords are CaSe SeNsItIvE. Please make sure you enter them correctly.
  2. 2. If you have entered an incorrect login, you may need to clear your cache (temporary internet files).
  3. 3. Our security software will shut down a logon if it detects multiple IPs from different countries using it within one hour (which would suggest that the logon has been hacked). If this has happened to you, or if you have simply forgotten your password, just go to our Password Reset page to have a new password sent to you immediately.

I cannot log in to the tacamateurs / tacamateurs2 on my mobile device

If you enter an incorrect login to TAC on a mobile phone, your phone will remember the server response and store it in its cache (internet history)

Next time you try to login, instead of contacting the web server, you phone will first check its history to see if you've already downloaded that page.

Unfortunately, your phone doesn't know that the page it has stored is the result of an incorrect login and so you will look like your login is failing over and over again. All mobile phones do this.

There's a very simple fix. See Clearing Your Cache

I have forgotten my username and/or password

If you have forgotten your username and/or password then just visit our Password Reset page to have a new login sent to you immediately.

I wish to cancel my account

For recurring memberships you can cancel your membership at anytime. You will still receive access for the full time period you have paid for.

If you joined via CCBill then please visit their Customer Support to cancel your membership

All other users (or if your not sure which processor you used) should goto the TAC Membership Cancelation Form to cancel a recurring membership

Please note there is no need to cancel a 3 or 6 month non-recurring membership as these will expire automatically

I didn't receive my confirmation email

This is usually because your email provider has blocked the confirmation email as spam (typically yahoo, outlook, hotmail, aol)

But don't worry, you don't actually need it. If you wish to cancel your account, then you can do it with just your email address and username

I am a member of the Chickpass network and cannot access TAC Amateurs

Chickpass members should contact webmaster@tandastudios.com for further assistance.

I cannot access the Chickpass network

Your TAC username and password will not work on the Chickpass networks. TAC members can only access the Chickpass network from within the TACAmateurs or TAC Amateurs2 members area.

If you are prompted for a username and password, this means that your security settings are conflicting with the access system.

If this happens, please contact webmaster@tandastudios.com for further assistance.

I can't play the videos

All our videos are in .MP4 format which is supported on Apple IOS, Android, Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari and almost all main browsers. Please ensure that your browser supports .mp4 files

A common cause for this problem is if you have a pop-up blocker installed and its preventing our video player from opening. Please set your pop-up blocker to allow popups from the www.tacnetwork.com domain


If that doesnt work, then click on a video thumbnail to open the girls website page for that particular video (here's an example LINK to a video on CurvyClaire's website)

Below the play links, you will see two grey buttons labelled MP4 plus the screen size and bit rate of the video file.

These buttons are linked directly to the video files (ie no pop-up or javascript) so try clicking one of these to view the video

If that works and you still cant use the normal "Play Ultra", "Play High" etc buttons then you may not have javascript running or cookies enabled (in which case most of the site wont work)

Please ensure that you have enabled Javascript in your browser (it is normally enabled by default) and that you are allowing cookies for the www.tacnetwork.com domain

How do I download a video ?

In the members area, open the page for that video (usually by clicking on the thumbnail).

If the video is downloadable, there will be one or more MP4 or WMV buttons (just below the play links)

RIGHT click on the MP4 button and select "Save Link As" (wording may vary depending on your browser)

How do I download a gallery ?

To download a gallery, click on the ZIP button beneath the gallery thumbnail.

A window will pop up with a link to download a zip file containing that gallery

You will need to be able to extract a zip file on your system using something like WinZip

If you do not see the window, please make sure that your popup blocker is switched OFF

Are my details safe ?
